WHY DIVERSITEC
Most DC power technicians have worked for a company that treats this trade as one service line among many. Diversitec is built differently.
This is all we do.
DC power systems, battery lifecycle management, and critical infrastructure field services — exclusively. That means when you walk onto a Diversitec job site, you're working with a team that speaks your language, uses your methods, and respects the craft. You're not the DC power guy on a general contracting crew. You're the core of the operation.
Your growth here is real — and it's fast.
We are growing faster than we can staff. That's not a hiring pitch — it's why this posting exists. A Level 3 technician who performs here has a direct, short path to Field Supervisor and Project Management. There's no 5-year wait list, no layers of approval, and no corporate hierarchy between you and the decision-makers. You'll know leadership by name on Day 1.
Thirty years of credibility.
Diversitec has been a trusted name in DC power infrastructure since 1994. Our R2-certified operation, manufacturer partnerships with C&D Technologies and Delta, and an expanding customer base across Utility, Telecom, and Data Center sectors means the work isn't going anywhere. You're joining a company with a track record, not a startup betting on a market.
