Position Summary:
In search of experienced DC Power Technicians whose responsibilities would include new installations, startups, certifications, preventative, and scheduled maintenance, for an array of DC Power systems in the Utility, Telecom critical power, and Data center sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Use technical diagrams and blueprints to guide the installation of equipment.
- Install and connect components like batteries, rectifiers, inverters, and converters.
- Route and terminate power, grounding, and alarm cables, including crimping and lacing cables for a clean installation.
- Assemble and install associated hardware, such as relay racks and equipment cabinets.
- Power on the new system and perform comprehensive tests to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
- Conduct modifications and upgrades on active equipment and circuits.
- Continuously monitor DC power systems to detect and diagnose any malfunctions or issues.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Test, replace, and remove battery strings, and perform load testing of standby battery systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems using testing devices like multimeters.
- Ability to travel.
- Interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Keep the job site clean during replacement, installation, and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by Services Management.
- Follow operational, maintenance and emergency methods of procedures (MOPs).
- Respond to emergency service calls for power failures or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to meet project deadlines.
- Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials needed for installations.
- (For leads): Oversee a team of technicians, manage work assignments, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform checks to ensure installations meet all applicable quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installation, maintenance, and service activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and regulation, such as OSHA standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork to open, close, and document jobs according to company standards.
- Ensure that all electrical work is compliant with relevant codes and industry standards.

Overview:
Diversitec is looking for a driven sales professional to grow our footprint across
microwave backhaul and public safety communications markets. The ideal
candidate has experience selling services into carrier, public safety, or integrator
channels and can translate technical solutions into business value. Experience in DC
power, UPS systems, or network infrastructure sales is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with microwave, public safety, and
government integrators. - Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for DC power, battery systems, and
network equipment. - Partner with engineering and operations to develop customer proposals and
technical solutions. - Track opportunities and performance in HubSpot CRM; maintain accurate
forecasts. - Represent Diversitec at trade shows, regional events, and partner meetings.
- Stay current on industry trends in wireless backhaul, public safety DAS/ERRCS,
and power systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in microwave, public safety, or related telecom
fields. - Knowledge of DC power systems, rectifiers, batteries, or UPS is a plus.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory independently.

Location: Remote (Based in NC, SC, or TN, Georgia)

Overview:
Diversitec is seeing an increased opportunity for growth in the Southeast U.S. and
seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a background in utility,
telecom, or enterprise infrastructure sales. This role focuses on developing new
accounts and expanding relationships with customers who rely on Diversitec for DC
power systems, batteries, services and UPS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business across assigned territories.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers in utilities, telecom, and enterprise
sectors. - Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to design power and network
solutions. - Maintain accurate records and forecasts within HubSpot CRM.
- Participate in regional trade shows and customer meetings.
- Report on market trends and competitor activity within the territory.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience in utilities, telecom, or enterprise markets.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure equipment and lifecycle management.
- Proven success managing long sales cycles and complex technical opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Residency in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Georgia required.
